Project Overview:

This project was developed for Fu Shuo Hydraulics to meet the needs of maintenance market applications. COMEUP designed a customized hydraulic winch specifically for 500 kg compact jib crane equipment.

Based on the existing DH-500 model, the design was optimized and upgraded into the H-500L hydraulic winch. The final solution significantly improves operational stability and safety, making it suitable for high-frequency lifting operations in maintenance applications.

To meet the customer’s requirements, COMEUP developed the customized H-500L hydraulic winch by integrating hydraulic and mechanical design into a stable, safe, and efficient lifting solution.

✔ Stable Power Output
Equipped with a MAMMS 20 hydraulic motor, the winch delivers stable torque output to ensure smooth lifting operation.

✔ High-Torque Reduction Design
The 59:1 gear ratio, combined with a compound gear reduction system, effectively increases output torque while maintaining a compact design.

✔ Safety Brake Mechanism
The ratchet-type mechanical brake prevents load rollback, enhancing safety during maintenance operations.

✔ Precise Speed Control
The lifting speed is controlled at 5–6.6 m/min, improving operating precision and work efficiency.
