Requirements & Challenges

Stage rigging applications differ significantly from standard industrial use, requiring:

  A 5 HP × 2P motor combined with a 25:1 gear ratio ensures both speed and torque performance.
• Electromagnetic Disc Brake System

• Long Travel Wire Rope Design
  Equipped with a 6 mm wire rope (45 m) and rope retention plate for stable spooling.
• IP54 Protection
  Ensures reliable operation under dust and varying stage conditions.
• Direct Control System
